Pete began his real estate career in 2006 as a Licensed Assistant to Tom Caniglia. After working in residential, commercial, and land sales Pete started working in Property Management in May of 2009. His organizational, problem solving , communication skills and computer and technology knowledge have made him a valuable asset in the department. Pete has lived in the Aiken area for over 20 years and feels that he has a large resource network available to assist his clients.
