Thank you for using Meybohm Property Management to secure your rental property in Aiken. You have selected from our inventory of furnished and unfurnished rentals. We provide the following downloadable forms and information for our tenants:

Prospective Tenants can download our rental application HERE and bring it to our office on 132 Laurens St NW, Aiken, SC, with a $40.00 non-refundable application fee (personal check or cash accepted). Co-applicants are $20.00 each.
You are entitled to one free credit report per year - you can find this information at www.annualcreditreport.com. Watch out for sites that charge you any money for your credit report. You should have to pay nothing for one free credit report per year.
