Tenant Information and Forms

Thank you for using Fine Property Management to secure your rental property in Aiken. You have selected from our inventory of unfurnished rentals. We provide the following downloadable forms and information for our tenants:

• Rental Application
• Utility and Service Numbers - A list of area providers of services and utilities
• Notice of Intent to Vacate
• Cleaning Check List - For tenants vacating one of our properties. This will help you prepare for the move out inspection.

APPLICATION PROCESS: For our application process we will need, in addition to the signed and dated application, proof of income (two most recent pay stubs, an offer letter for a new job, printed copies of investment prospectus, or other proof), a copy of applicant(s) driver license, and the application fee ($40.00 per applicant)

• We screen credit, criminal background, and for any evictions and liens.
• We perform a rental history check and verification if tenant prospect has a prior rental history.
• We also require verification of income, employment, or resources needed for rental.
